Petition Started by a Fan to get Vivian Fired?
In December 2015, a petition was started by a Dool Fan on Change.org who goes by the name of Melanie to get Vivian Jovanni fired from the show, because she does not know how to portray the role. Melanie mentioned in her petition, that the actress is not the right person to play the sweet-princess like Ciara for some of the below reasons.
- The actress keeps her mouth closed while speaking, which she and many other fans find annoying
- Her voice is harsh, too monotone, harsh and robotic as well
- Her behavior, movement and reaction are emotionless & robotic when it comes to an emotional scene
- She does not resemble her on screen parents Bo and Hope
Do you agree with the person who started this petition? I know many fans who completely disagree with her, except for one thing which is she speaks with her mouth closed, besides that I don’t think there’s anything else wrong with the character. Everyone deserves a second chance, including the actress herself. We can give the actress the chance of improving, but starting a petition about getting her fired from the NBC show is too harsh. It’s like someone telling your boss to fire you from your job, which is never the solution.
The Madness Within actress is still new to the soap opera world, and still has a lot to learn from her co-stars, but the fact is that nobody starts out perfectly, it takes time to learn. After last night’s episode, the viewers will get to see Ciara differently with her showing a lot of emotion. In last night’s episode, Chase Jennings (Portrayed by actor Jonathon McClendon) shoved Ciara on the sofa and forced himself on her making her cry. He went to the extent of raping her.
According to Spoilers: Chase will ask Andre for help so he could vanish for a while, and knowing Andre he would love to help.
Will Chase rape Ciara or will he be stopped by someone? Will Chase be punished for the attempted rape? Should Vivian be given another chance?
Keep watching Days of our Lives to find out how Ciara will deal with being raped.
