Former One Life To Live soap opera actor Nathaniel Marston is said to be fighting for his life at the hospital and is on life support after a car accident. The 40-year-old has broken several parts of his body parts like his neck and back including internal injuries in the accident that took place on Friday in Reno. If the actor does survive, he will never be able to walk again because of his major injury. The star’s heartbroken mother Elizabeth Jackson shared on her Facebook the following message on Saturday : ‘Please pray for my son Nathaniel Marston. He was in a car accident last night and is in the intensive care on life support. Back and neck broken in several places. Other internal injuries. Please pray that he will recover and walk again.’ The message was liked more then 200 times and shared by her friends.
According to his mother, he was sober during the car accident. She further shared that if he survives which she prays that he does, he will sadly depend on the ventilator to help him breath, as he is paralyzed from neck all the way down to his back. I feel for them, Nathaniel’s family is in a very heartbreaking situation right now. His wife Rita Bias who he has been married since 2006 is heartbroken too, after all he’s her husband and the love of her life, and seeing a loved one in a critical condition is the scariest thing ever. Life will never be the same for Nathaniel, but wishing the former soap opera actor a speedy recovery.
On November 3, 2015 his mother shared the news on Tuesday that “Her beloved Son Nathaniel made it through today’s surgery and his Docs are pleased with the result. Sadly, He’s still in critical condition, but now we have hope. Please continue to keep Nathaniel in your thoughts & prayers, asking God for Nathaniel’s complete & full recovery. I’ll continue to post as soon as I’ve more news. Thanks again for your positive thoughts and prayers which have, and are making a difference. Sending peace, love and light out to all of you.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
Marston is best known for starring on the soap opera “One Life To Live” from 2001-2007 as Michael McBain. He last appeared on screen in 2011 in a movie called “Walk a Mile in My Pradas” as Tony and before that in an episode of the television series “Blue Bloods”.
