Slumlord star Sean Carrigan has signed a new contract with “The Young and the Restless”, and will be sticking around longer than we thought. Sean first debuted as Stitch Rayburn on June 28, 2013, starting out as a recurring role. Afterwards he was put from recurring to contract in November 2013. As of November 2015, he has signed a new contract with the CBS’ television series. Many had assumed that his character would be killed off after hearing the rumors about it, but all that has been proved to be nothing more than a rumor only. Soooo relieved that he’s sticking around and not leaving the show.
Strangely in Love former star has starred on a number of shows and movies. The character that he plays Stitch is involved in a mother/daughter love triangle He may be engaged to the Abby Newman (daughter), but he’s attracted to her mother, Ashley Abbott. Poor Abby has no idea that her boyfriend is in love with her mother, and all hell is set to break lose when she finds out the truth. Another person that I’m expecting to lose his temper is Abby’s daddy Victor Newman. I can imagine Victor beating up Stitch for hurting his daughter deeply, and telling his ex wife off, blaming her for hurting and betraying their daughter as well by hooking up with their daughter’s fiance behind their back. As much as Stitch wants to call the wedding off, Ashley isn’t letting him do so, because she loves her daughter and wants her to be happy, not caring about her own happiness. Ashley has feelings for her daughter’s fiance which she keeps denying.
Will we get to see Stitch and Abby walking down the aisle and saying their I Do’s? Or will Abby find out the truth and break down in tears? There are also rumors spreading that Abby will end up pregnant with Stitch’s baby. If she gets pregnant and finds out the truth about him hooking up with her mother, then she may end up losing the baby.
