True O’Brien has won her first Daytime Emmy Award yesterday in the category of Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series on May 1, 2016 Sunday . She earned a nomination alongside actresses Ashlyn Pearce, Reign Edwards, Brooklyn Rae Silzerv and two time Emmy Award winning actress Hunter King. The younger actress was so happy upon beating out the other nominees and Hunter King, that she tweeted the following message on her Twitter “WHAT IS LIFE?! Thank you to the @daytimeemmys !!!!!”. O’Brien wasn’t really expecting to win, but now that she has, she feels like the luckiest person ever.
The gorgeous 22 year old actress was let go from “Days of our Lives” last year after portraying the role of Paige Larson for a year and few months. When signing for the show, she signed a 2 year contract deal, but was released from her contract before completing her two years. Her winning the outstanding younger actress in a drama series award proves that she has some great fans out there who support her fully and voted for her to win.
Expect her career to rise more now that she has won the most recognisable award. Not everyone gets the chance to win, only the lucky ones do, and in my opinion True is very lucky. She has booked a guest-starring role on the upcoming television series “Queen Sugar” as Stella. She is also happy with her personal life, as she’s dating her former co-star and on screen love interest Casey Moss since 2015. The talented actress is represented by VCA Management.
Congrats True for winning your first award.
