After the second succession where the Chelsea Football Club defeated Leicester City 1-3. The press room of Cobham was filled with journalists who were waiting to hear what Chelsea’s manager Jose Mourinho had to say. The Chelsea goal scorers were Didier Drogba, Nascimento Ramires and John Terry.
Mourinho’s team will win the champions title if they manage to beat Crystal Palace on Sunday. Chelsea are only three points away from winning the title. It’s the rule and tradition of football that the winners will receive applauds from the opposing team in the field.
Chelsea’s manager was asked about the two injured players, Diego Costa and Loic Remy. Costa who was last seen playing on April 4th before injury ruled him out. The 53 year old man explained Diego Costa’s situation, admitting that he’s out. If Chelsea would have lost a game last month, then he would have let Diego play against Liverpool FC but since they didn’t and the games that they played last month were draw or victorious against the opposing team he didn’t think it was necessary for the striker to play and most importantly he didn’t wanna take a risk. As he’s giving the striker all the time he needs to become stronger than ever. So he won’t be playing this season.
The former Real Madrid manager shared some good news with the press about his other injured Chelsea player, Loic Remy’s health. He was happy to reveal that Loic is fit and ready to play again. The manager also went on to praise Didier for his performance.
