Days of Our Lives stars James Lastovic and Paige Searcy have landed a role in the upcoming Lifetime movie Mommy, I didn’t Do It’ alongside Jen Lilley. The news was confirmed by Jen Lilley herself who had tweeted a message on her Twitter account on August 4, 2016: “Working with these kids on my birthday! #MommyIDidntDoIt @paigesearcy @jameslastovic“, she went on to tag her two co-stars who are all set to star with her. She shared the message and photo on her Instagram account too. Joining the stars in the Lifetime movie are Danica McKellar and Jaleel White. The movie is about a girl (played by Paige Searcy) who is being prosecuted, with Jen playing the lead role of a prosecutor. The shooting has already started earlier this month.
This is nothing new for Jen Lilley because she has got many projects lined up and has starred in a number of movies and shows, but it’s different for her co-stars because they are newcomers who have just gotten lucky. James made his acting debut in the 2013 film ‘A Talking Pony!?!’ as Wesley, in 2015 he won the role of Joey Johnson in the NBC soap opera ‘Days of Our Lives’ and now in 2016 he has booked another film that is currently being filmed. As for Paige, she made her acting debut in 2015 TV show ‘Days of Our Lives, playing the role of Jade, and in 2016 her acting debut, in a film called ‘Pimp’ which is all set to release next year in 2017. In the same year, she booked another film ‘Mommy, I Didn’t Do It’. Seems like the newcomers professional life is getting even more interesting, and the fact that they are working opposite Jen Lilley makes it even greater.
Jen recently celebrated her 32nd birthday on August 4th and joining her were none other her former Days of Our Lives co-stars. A day ago, she shared a message on her Instagram along with a picture of herself posing with her birthday cake :- “Surprised with a cake at the end of the night. Thank you to the cast and crew of #mommyididntdoit! #sosweet #punintended I’m seriously awestruck at your kindness. ?.”
Happy belated birthday, Jen, hope you had a great time.
