John Krasinski showed off his body transformation of his ripped body and bulging biceps when he appeared on the magazine cover of Men’s Health magazine for the January/February 2016 issue. He revealed his body transformation secret to the magazine : It all started few months ago, when he landed a part in the movie “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi” as Jack the main character, which he has already wrapped up.” After landing the role, John contacted his friend right away to help him get in shape for the movie as he was given only a “4 months Time” to prepare himself for the lead role. His work out plan included metabolic workout, dragging sled and all that he had seen the NFL guys do, which was 5 times a week and twice a day
Krasinski shared some facts honestly about the workout being brutal. “It’s never easy getting your body in shape with all the workout sessions which he found thrilling, but not easy.” He’s happy with the outcome though. Just look at him. He looks much different and hotter now, after getting down from 26% to 5% body fat.
On his amazing physique : “There is part of you, when you become too hooked on it. He added, “You pick up your beautiful daughter with ease while everyone else makes a little grunt when picking up their kids.” As for Krasinki himself, he walks with better posture and a little more presence, because he was more of a sit in the corner kinda guy. And now, he’s a lot less of that.” He has a 1 year daughter with his wife Emily Blunt.
