American singer and actress Britney Spears has just celebrated her 34th birthday with her sons, family members and chummies on December 2nd, last week. Even tweeting a message for her sweet followers : “Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes today.”- “I loved reading them, just as much as I loved my – Teacup Cake!!!.” She may remain busy with her career of the long day recording, but that doesn’t stop her from taking care of her body and face. This is what Spears had to say about the low carb diet and daily exercise : -The diet and workout are critical for physical and emotional fitness. “Daily workout is important for me, both physically & mentally”. She continued , “Not minding at all working out, as trainers keeps one motivated, and she did not have a problem being motivated”. The gorgeous blonde singer may have difficult sticking to her health diet at times, but one thing is for sure, that she loves working out. Spears admitted that besides being on a diet, two things that also helped her were the Cardio exercise and Yoga.
