American media personality Wendy Williams has shed some 50 pounds off thanks to her Vegan Diet feeling great now that she’s thinner than she could have ever been. When asked in one of the interviews about her weight loss secret, Wendy revealed : “It took her over 3 years to lose 50 pounds, by cutting down meat, dairy, eggs and some refined sugars from her weight loss diet, which also included avoiding eating after dark.” The 51 year old presenter who is not addicted to food anymore, weights 145 pounds now.
