Days of Our Lives star Casey Moss has finally been nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for the first time ever. There are high chances of him winning because of how long how he has been on the show and how well he has been performing ever since he first debuted as JJ Deveraux in 2013. Other soap opera actors who are nominated in the same category include Rome Flynn, Hudson West, Tristan Lake Leabu and Lucas Adams. The winner will be announced next month on April 29th, but we still can’t help but predict on him being the winner already.
Unable to hold the excitement, the 24 year old actor tweeted on his Twitter account, where he congratulated all his Days of Our Lives cast members who have been nominated in the Daytime Emmy Award. Besides Casey, those who have managed to enter the nomination lists are James Reynolds, Wally Kurth, Chandler Massey, Marci Miller, Greg Vaughan, Olivia Rose Keegan and Susan Seaforth Hayes. As for those who have not been nominated this year, hopefully they will be nominated next year. Anyone can end up winning really, it’s hard to tell who will win for sure, remember how in 2016, True O’Brien won the Daytime Emmy Award after being nominated for the first time? Kate Mansi too won her first award ever after she left the show which was a big deal and the best thing that could have ever happened to her. True is Casey’s girlfriend while Kate his chummy. Is it time for Moss to join the winners list since his good friends won the awards already including his other friends?
Days of Our Lives is what made Casey famous, which he’s loving it. Besides being on the soap opera, he has already starred on Youthful Daze and The Last Champion which is set to release later this year. Wishing the actor nothing but luck, and really rooting for him to win. Besides Casey, would love seeing all the Days stars win really. As they all deserve it more then ever. I hope James Reynolds ends up winning too, cause it will be his first award ever after starring in the show for more then 20 years now.
